About me; copyright matters

My love for photography was sparked by my interest in abstraction. I have been drawing with pen and ink or graphite for several years, favoring abstraction to illustrate my take on the interactions between the marks on the paper. I discovered that I could think of photographs the same way – to say something about the interactions between points, lines, shapes, and color.

The photos in this blog are a record of that exploration. My drawings can be seen on my website.
